Itโs absolutely brilliant to have Megan back on the mats! ๐ At last yearโs inter-club sparring camp with Chippenham Kickboxing Academy, Megan had a complete freak accident during the warm up and fully dislocated her knee ๐ฑ
Senseis Josh and Joe jumped on the mats together yesterday for a quality session, which included pad work, movement, timing, and an honest spar to sharpen their skills. Focused, respectful, and full of good energy!
