A fitness fanatic who pushes his limits by regularly competing in Ironman and extreme fitness events
A national silver and bronze medalist. He plays a key role in planning classes and overseeing the operations of all our training programmes
His relentless energy and passion for martial arts make him a fantastic role model for our members, encouraging everyone to train hard and aim high
Sensei Evie Hopkins
Academy Coach
1st Dan Kickboxing
As a British Champion, with multiple medals at national level, she leads by example, showing what hard work, determination, and passion can achieve
Evie is known as “The Smiling Assassin” – always ready with encouragement
... but she’ll have you working hard before you even realise it!

experience, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed
Once ranked 3rd in the UK in BMX racing! He’s always there to motivate, support, and push our members to reach their full potential

He started training as a boxer at the tender age of 9, and is a natural motivator and people person

As a world silver medalist and multiple medalist at national level, Sensei Joe knows exactly what it takes to train and succeed
