Big shoutout to our Academy Coaches Sensei Sean and Sensei Mark for smashing the Bath Two Tunnels 10K yesterday 🏃‍♂️🔥

They ran through the Combe Down Tunnel (the UK’s longest underground race sections). Proper “keep going when it gets tough” territory… and they did it in style. 💪

Our coaches lead from the front, on and off the mats.👊
