George Groves Seminar

It’s hard to believe it’s already been 2 years since Academy coaches Sensei Curtis and Sensei Joe travelled to Dover for a seminar with World Champion George Groves! 🥊🔥

They trained hard - working on ring craft, attacking combinations, footwork, and fitness - and gained valuable insights from a true champion.

George also spoke about the mindset it takes to win, adapt, and overcome setbacks - his stories were nothing short of inspiring.
