Last up at the belt grading yesterday were our Advanced Junior Dragons and Adults... and they all SMASHED IT!! And wow… they absolutely smashed it! 💪🔥

This is the only time that we have children training alongside adults – giving them a chance to experience a more intense environment, push their limits, and rise to the challenge.

Everyone worked their socks off and came away stronger, sharper, and with new belts to prove it. Huge congratulations to you all! 👊
