Next up at tonight’s belt grading were our Beginner and Intermediate Junior Dragons, aged 7–12 years… WOW... what a brilliant group they were!!

The standard tonight was incredibly high, with everyone giving 110% right through to the very end.

There were tired legs, determined faces and plenty of moments where they had to dig deep… but not one of them gave up.

That is the real value of martial arts.

It teaches children that progress comes from showing up, staying focused and continuing even when things feel difficult.
