Here’s What You’ll Learn In Class…
The Success Formula
Our awesome ladies classes fuse together the best aspects of boxing and freestyle martial arts… making it an ideal way to keep fit and healthy, lose weight and eliminate stress!
EACH CLASS IS SPLIT INTO THREE SECTIONS…
1. Conditioning
In this part, we will get your blood flowing and get you warmed up and ready to go!
Each class starts with a burst of awesome exercises such as… lunges, crunchies, squats, and burpies. You can go at your own pace and build your fitness up over time
2. Stretching
Once your muscles and body are warm and ready to go, we will have a stretch and loosen your muscles up
As always, you can now grab a drink in preparation for the third section of the class…
3. Martial Arts
Our secret sauce! We fuse together the best aspects of boxing and freestyle martial arts
You will shape and tone your arms and upper body with our boxing drills, which are designed to improve your speed, focus and mental agility. This will also strengthen the core, chest and abs
Then we will move onto elbows, knees and kicks to develop core strength and stability. This will help you to build stability, tighten those abs as well as buns, glutes and thighs
